Totality as viewed from the dirt airstrip in Rushinga, Zimbabwe. There are locals lined up against the fence in the lower foreground but they don't show clearly in this image.
My recollection is that the sky wasn't as blue as in this image so the color balance may be off a bit as well. I also digitally faked the dark circle for the eclipsed Sun but I don't care, I like this photo anyway.
I also have a montage of eclipse photos from Wes Jacobs showing the "diamond ring" at both second and third contact (as well as a photo of the total phase).
Although it's not an eclipse photo, I also have a picture of the thin crescent Moon the morning before the eclipse.
