Beaumont-Sur-Mer?
The Kuşadasi area is a VERY up-scale tourist spot with hotels, like ours, perched right on the edge of the Aegean Sea. It reminded me of the scene in "Dirty Rotten Scoundrels" when Steve Martin first sees the view from Michael Caine's villa. This photo was taken before breakfast so it's a little overcast. However, it didn't stay that way.Our particular hotel was host to the European Chess Championships while we were there so we got a free fireworks display from the dock right below our window on the opening night of the championships. It also has a pool with a spectacular seaside setting but they didn't expect anyone to be using it this time of year and were doing some maintainence. I was discouraged from swimming in it. Darn.
